Next Generation Muon Tumography Scanning System

uniXGATE Muon CT

uniXGATE Muon CT is a passive cargo inspection system that uses naturally occurring cosmic ray muons to examine cargo and vehicles. Unlike active scanning systems, it does not generate X rays or any other form of radiation. The system measures how muons pass through materials and reconstructs this data into detailed three dimensional images.

Because muons penetrate extremely dense materials, uniXGATE Muon CT can inspect cargo that conventional X ray systems cannot see through. This makes it suitable for identifying high density and heavily shielded objects inside containers, trucks, and other large cargo units. The inspection process is completely safe for operators, drivers, animals, and sensitive goods.

The system is designed for continuous operation in demanding border and port environments. With no radiation source or accelerator, it has fewer components that require servicing and no radiation related licensing or exclusion zones.

Uses background muon radiation.

Deep Penetration

Penetrates >1000 mm of steel (far beyond X-ray).
